How to use the website
Please explore the store and add items you wish to purchase into the shopping basket. When you have finished shopping, click on 'Check out' and follow the onscreen instructions.
Please ensure that you use the appropiate shipping method for your country. We reserve the right to adjust your order if you choose the incorrect shipping method for your country.
After your order has been placed you will receive an order acknowledgement email (assuming you have provided us with a valid email address). In the unlikely event that an item was incorrectly priced on the sewingcafe website we will contact you regarding this. We reserve the right to remove incorrectly priced items from your order.
Dispatch of order
SewingCafe always aim to dispatch items ordered within one working day of receiving your cleared payment.
We deliver worldwide and the following charges apply:
Shipping in the UK: FREE
Shipping to the EU:
£1.50 per item for most items (except latch hook rugs and other items)
£7.50 or above per item for latchhook rugs and other heavier items
Shipping to Rest of the World:
£2.50 per item for most items (except latch hook rugs and other items)
£12.50 or above per item for latchhook rugs and other heavier items
All goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to dispatch your goods within 5 days, we will contact you to advise you of the expected delivery date or discuss alternative options.
Delivery period advertised is the estimated number of days to despatch your order (by 1st class post in the UK and by Airmail worldwide).
If you are unhappy with your purchase please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on (+44) 01892 671 103 and we will do our best to help.
Our guarantee means that if you are unhappy you can return it to us in its original condition within 28 days and we will provide a refund for the price paid for the item. We will provide a full refund of postage costs for a returned item if the return is a result of an error that the company has made or the goods are faulty.
To make a return please complete the return section on your invoice, giving the reason for the return and send the package to the address below.

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced or credited.
Goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited unless faulty.

SewingCafe's Lowest Price Guarantee means that you can always be confident that you're getting the best possible value for money. So, if you find the same product in stock and at a lower price including delivery charges with a national competitor (excludes auction sites and product listing sites such as eBay, Amazon, Play etc. and competitors in administration or closing down) then we'll match that price, or refund the difference for up to 14 days of your purchase.
Please note, our Lowest Price Guarantee does not apply to discontinued, demos, final clearance, limited quantity products, or trade quantity orders. We will verify that the product is in-stock and available for sale, and meets the conditions described above, and get back to you shortly with the process to complete your transaction at the lower price or offer you a refund of the difference if you've already purchased the item from SewingCafe.
